1. General<\/h2>

These general conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Hotel Essenza, located at Essendries 2, 2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands, Belgium.<\/p>

By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>

2. Reservations<\/h2>

2.1 Establishment<\/h3>

A reservation is made after confirmation by e-mail from Hotel Essenza. The confirmation contains the details of your booking, including room type, dates and price.<\/p>

2.2 Payment<\/h3>

Depending on the booking type, a deposit may be required. The remaining amount is due at check-in or check-out, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

2.3 Prices<\/h3>

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices may change, but the price on your confirmation is binding.<\/p>

3. Cancellation<\/h2>

3.1 By the guest<\/h3>

You can cancel your reservation free of charge until:<\/p>

  • 48 hours before arrival<\/strong>\u00a0for standard bookings<\/li>
  • 7 days before arrival<\/strong>\u00a0for non-refundable tariffs<\/li>
  • 14 days before arrival<\/strong>\u00a0for arrangements<\/li><\/ul>

    In case of subsequent cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.<\/p>

    3.2 By the hotel<\/h3>

    In exceptional cases (force majeure, overbooking), Hotel Essenza may cancel a reservation. In this case, we will offer an alternative or full refund.<\/p>

    4. Check-in and check-out<\/h2>
    • Check-in:<\/strong>\u00a0from 15:00<\/li>
    • Check-out:<\/strong>\u00a0until 11:00<\/li><\/ul>

      Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.<\/p>

      At check-in, we ask for valid proof of identity. This is required by law in Belgium.<\/p>

      5. House rules<\/h2>
      • The hotel is completely non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.<\/li>
      • Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.<\/li>
      • Guests should behave quietly between 22:00 and 07:00.<\/li>
      • Damage to hotel property will be charged.<\/li>
      • Additional guests are not allowed without prior notice.<\/li><\/ul>

        6. Liability<\/h2>

        Hotel Essenza is not liable for:<\/p>

        • Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings<\/li>
        • Force majeure damage<\/li>
        • Indirect or consequential damages<\/li><\/ul>

          We have a safe at reception for valuables.<\/p>

          7. Complaints<\/h2>

          Do you have a complaint? Please report it to reception as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it. Complaints after your stay can be submitted in writing at info@hotelessenza.be. We will respond within 14 days.<\/p>

          8. Breakfast and restaurant<\/h2>

          Breakfast is included in most room rates and is served from 6:30 to 9:30 (weekdays) and 7:30 to 10:30 (weekends). Our resto & bar is open daily from 18:30 to 23:00 (kitchen until 21:00). Reservations are recommended.<\/p>

          Dietary requirements or allergies can be communicated in advance at info@hotelessenza.be.<\/p>

          9. Parking<\/h2>

          Free parking is available on our premises. Parking is at your own risk. Hotel Essenza is not liable for damage to or theft of vehicles.<\/p>

          10. Applicable law<\/h2>

          These terms and conditions and all reservations are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp.<\/p>
